Who we are

Instituto Paulo Zaidan was born from the need to act positively in the transformation of our society in areas where the State has greater difficulties in acting. In this sense, it becomes a fundamental partner, carrying out actions that seek to welcome, support and develop people, such as:
Social actions
Distribution of basic food baskets, hygiene kits, clothes, toys, school supplies and other items; Reception: psychological and holistic support for people in situations of emotional vulnerability.
Professional Training Actions
Courses focused on the areas of Music, Visual Arts and Performing Arts (Dance, Circus and Theater), both for artists and technicians (lighting, stage management, stage management, scenography, props, costumes, sound, among others), luthieria (maintenance and construction of instruments); Courses in the area of Gastronomy (quick training courses and training courses); Practice of Sports: Martial Arts (TaeKwonDo, Capoeira, Judo), GRD – Rhythmic Sports Gymnastics and others).
Integration, Involvement and Engagement Actions
Reading afternoons, storytelling, puppet theater, soirees, chat with authors, exhibitions, openings, interventions and artistic performances, schedule of plays, dance, music and circus shows, among others.

The IPZ
Instituto Paulo Zaidan, in partnership with Centro Cultural OCA, also promotes actions to improve its surroundings, adding and engaging the neighborhood, promoting greater coexistence between residents, occupying, revitalizing and improving public places through artistic and cultural interventions, making them less hostile and more functional places.
Acess to technologies
Basic computer courses and other courses aimed at the Creative Economy sector, such as Lumikt (light and sound controller software for concerts, theaters and events), Mapped Projection and Digital Design.
